Do not forget to take a picture in front of the life-sized Gondola at Canal Grande! For a more intimate dining experience, Marco Polo offers a cozy ambiance reminiscent of an Italian village square. Meanwhile, the Lido Marketplace buffet serves up a bounty of delights from early morning until late evening, with stations offering everything from made-to-order omelets to mouthwatering hamburgers.

For a quick and satisfying bite, guests can visit Carnival Deli for freshly made sandwiches or Tomodoro for a fusion of Mexican and Italian flavors in tacos and burritos. And who could resist the allure of Guy’s Burger Joint, where juicy burgers reign supreme?

INSIDER TIP: On SEA DAYS Tomodoro turns into a Chinese eatery and the food is delish. The first few days of the cruise are when you want to go because no one knows about it yet, the last few days of the cruise it will be packed. The menu is below:

Bonsai Sushi and Bonsai Teppanyaki: Experience the artistry of Japanese cuisine at these beloved venues, where sushi rolls, noodle bowls, and teppanyaki grill favorites await.

Disclaimer: We did not try any of the specialty dining or paid eateries on our cruise so I cannot speak about the food or experience at them. I will definitely be trying a few the next time I cruise on the Venezia.

PROTIP* If you love Indian food like I do, you will have no problem finding at least one dish at the MDR each night, they also had themed days for the buffet and I found a huge Indian feast at lunch on one of our sea days. If you have any allergies or food aversions, head to the Maitre D’ on embarkation day and let them know as soon as you can. Carnival will always find a way to make sure you enjoy your experience on board from what I have found.  Ciao!
