Does the thought of store-bought pesto make you shudder? Well, I was the exact same way until I tried Barilla Creamy Genovese Pesto. Copycat Texas Roadhouse Cinnamon Butter
If you’ve been to Texas Roadhouse then you know that their cinnamon butter is to die for! They serve it up with their warm straight out of the oven buns and the combination is just heavenly! Due to the pandemic, we haven’t been going out to eat as much and I have been craving for a taste of their cinnamon butter. So I decided to make it at home. Spicy Southwestern Corn Salad
I love making this Spicy Southwestern Corn Salad all year round, it makes enough to feed plenty of people, which is always a plus and it can make a great side dish or appetizer if served with chips. If I’m feeling like something heavier then I just add cheese and melt it all up in the microwave! It’s also great to put on tacos, quesadillas, or in enchiladas! I love it so much I add it to my mac and cheese sometimes(just omit the avocado) Super versatile and yummy! For those that like it spicy just add more jalapenos or habaneros as I do! Enjoy!

As far back as I can remember a jar of garlic chutney was always in our fridge. I put this in everything from dal, spreading it on my dosa to adding a dollop of it into my pav bhaji! In fact, give me some lasanyu marchu with roti and I’m set! Growing up my family would mix cream cheese and this chutney together, slather it on some Italian bread and bake it! The adults would enjoy…
