Hey guys! I hope you’re doing well and staying safe! Today I’m bringing you a simple recipe I love, Creamy Feta Dip! This is a recipe I make when I need something to come together quickly for my guests. A few weekends ago I was hosting a mini get-together with friends and I had racked my brain trying to zero in on a good dip for the party. I ultimately came to the conclusion that I would make my famous Creamy Feta Dip and serve it alongside crackers and a small cheese plate on the side. So, I headed to my local grocery store only to realize that they do not carry the European cheeses I was looking for. I literally went to 4 different stores and could not find what I wanted. I never realized that finding good European cheese could be such a hassle. Defeated, I headed home and googled my way to Cheese2U.com, I could not believe my eyes! Cheese2U.com literally had all of the authentic cheeses I was looking for and more, they even had butter! It was right there and then I placed my order. With fingers crossed I eagerly awaited my shipment.

What is Cheese2U.com?

It’s a one-stop-shop for ordering high-quality European specialty cheeses and French butter. The products are delivered straight to your door at affordable prices. With 22 products to choose from (19 of them are imported directly from Europe), you can build a custom selection of cheeses that are generally not available in US retailers. They offer two packages: 5 products for $40 or 8 products for $55. The site is super user-friendly and it took me minutes to put my order basket together.

Shipping & Package Arrival

My package arrived within two days and it was very well packed. The cheese and butter were still cold when I opened my package after it was delivered 5 hours earlier. Remember to place your orders by Thursday at 11 am as that is considered the deadline to place an order and receive it that week.

With the cheese in hand, I was ready to make my dip and now I will share the super easy recipe with you guys!
