- Salt and Fresh Cracked Black Pepper To season
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
Honey Balsamic Glaze
- 1 cup Balsamic Vinegar
- ΒΌ cup Brown Sugar
- 1 tbsp Honey
- Β½ tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Dried Rosemary You can also use fresh rosemary, but only add a pinch!
- 1/2 tsp Herbs De Provence OPTIONAL
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder.
- Drizzle a grill pan or skillet with oil (about 2 teaspoons is fine) and cook chicken for 1-2 minutes on each side over medium-high heat, to get those wonderful grill marks on your chicken.
- Transfer chicken to a greased baking sheet or large casserole dish. Cover with foil and bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes.
- While chicken is cooking, make the balsamic glaze. In a small-medium sauce pan whisk together balsamic vinegar, sugar, honey, rosemary,Herbes de Provence and salt. - Drizzle remaining balsamic glaze over chicken and serve.

This looks yummy! Do you think the glaze can be made by mixing honey with a balsamic vinaigrette for those of us who are lazy? (asking for a friend) Food looks delish.
I haven’t tried it but my advice would be TRY IT! A number of dishes I make are from a oops moment!
I don’t eat meat myself, but this looks like a tasty lunch or dinner for someone who does. I’ll have to pass it along to my meat-eating friends so that they can have something delicious for food.
Thanks for sharing! x
