  • 1 Cup Fresh or Frozen Strawberries (About 10) Remove the stems
  • 1/4 Cup Honey or Agave Syrup
  • 4 Tbsp Rose Syrup OPTIONAL
  • 2 Tbsp Vanilla Extract OPTIONAL
  • 1/2 Cup Chia Seeds

To Pretty it UP!

  • Sliced fresh strawberries Garnish
  • Sweetened coconut Garnish

  • Combine coconut milk, strawberries, vanilla extract, rose syrup, and honey in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Place the mix into a bowl. Stir in chia seed and refrigerate overnight.
