Ground Cardamom (Elaichi)

Instructions
Put mango, yogurt, milk, sugar, ice, rose syrup or water, and cardamom into a blender and blend for 2 minutes.
Sprinkle with a tiny pinch of ground cardamom, raisins, or nuts to serve. Make it fun and top with whipped cream for the kids!
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 24 hours. Enjoy!
