If you've been to Texas Roadhouse you know that your visit is not complete without a taste of their Cinnamon Butter served with hot out of the oven buns! I finally recreated the dish for you at home! Might I say that it is even better than what you get at the restaurant!
Add all the ingredients to the bowl of a standing mixer and use the paddle attachment. If you are using a hand mixer then add the ingredients to a large bowl. Beat until well combined and fluffy. Make sure to scrape the sides of the bowl to ensure everything is incorporated well.
Remove mixture from the bowl and store it in a jar that has a lid. You can serve it at room temp if you prefer but I prefer to place it in the fridge for 15 minutes to set.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one month. Make sure you use an airtight jar with a cover.
Notes
Do not microwave the mix as all of the ingredients will just turn to mush and separate and obviously that's not fun. Serve this butter with pancakes, on toast, waffles or you could even add it to brownies, cookies, etc.
