Instructions
Chicken Marinade
Mix all of the ingredients together and place in an air- tight container, sit it in the fridge and leave it overnight.
Cooking the Tandoori Chicken
After marinating the chicken overnight, take it out of the fridge and let it sit till it comes to room temperature. Place the chicken in a skillet or grill pan and cook until done. Chop up chicken into bite sized pieces. Remove to a plate and tent with foil.
French Fries
Cook as per the instructions on the back of the bag.
Putting together Loaded Tandoori Chicken Fries
Once the fries are done cooking place them in a deep bowl, sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of chaat masala, paprika ,and a little salt to taste. Toss and then place in an oven safe skillet, I used my cast iron pan, top with half the tandoori chicken, cheese ,and top with the remaining tandoori chicken.
Place the skillet in the oven on broil and cook till the cheese is melted. Remove from the oven and top with tomatoes, cilantro, jalapenos and the raita. Enjoy!
