I have started eating much healthier and have been proactive with taking my vitamins. I spoke to my ob-gyn and he told me to go ahead and start prenatal vitamins. On top of that, I have incorporated multi-vitamins, Myo-inositol, and d-chiro into my daily supplement checklist. I already take Levothyroxine for hypothyroidism and my levels have been good! I highly recommend Ovasitol for those of you with PCOS like me. It really helped with my symptoms.
Last but not least, I started taking Fertility Support from Premama Wellness it optimizes egg quality & ovulation while trying to conceive. All of their products are thoroughly researched and Non-GMO! They contain zero preservatives and I have heard amazing reviews about them from friends and family. The Fertility support comes in a little satchel which I just open and pour the powder right into my water. It is odorless and tasteless which is a huge plus! I just started it but I will keep you guys updated on my progress.
For all of you women who are in the same boat as me with your TTC journey- I’m sending a ton of baby dust your way!
*Disclaimer: Premama Wellness Fertility Support was gifted to me. All opinions are my own.
