Cooking Healthy with Enspice

Lately, I have been cooking a ton more than I usually do. Chalk it up to the pandemic or maybe just wanting to ensure that my family eats better but it’s definitely a thing now in our house! I love to cook so it isn’t quite so bad but my number one motivational factor as a mother and wife is making sure I get my family the nutrients they need without sacrificing on taste.
As all of you know, I am a huge fan of adding spice to my meals, and what better way to do that than with Enspice! Enspice is a premium seasoning and spice brand. At the time of posting they offer six different spices which are: Taco Seasoning, Cape Cod(amazing on seafood), Chipotle BBQ, Black Pepper, Seasoned Salt, and Sri Lankan Cinnamon. They are enhanced with 21 vitamins & minerals, come from 10 organic plant sources and 1 teaspoon is equal to fifty percent FDA daily values.
Their nutrients are resistant to heat which is always amazing and they are non-GMO, kosher, and gluten-free. That is not all though, they also donate one meal to a child in need with each purchase through the Enspice Childrens Foundation.
Last night I decided to make Chipotle BBQ chicken with Steamed Broccoli and the meal was just amazing – if I do say so myself! My toddler and husband devoured it and even asked for seconds and thirds! I used the Chipotle BBQ seasoning, Seasoned Salt, and Black Pepper as my spices of choice for this meal.

The packaging looks like soda cans but it’s cute. Love it.
