Lately, I have been posting a lot of meat dishes so today I decided that I would post a vegetarian recipe that will keep you coming back for more! My Soya Chunks Biryani is perfect for a weeknight dinner and if you do not want the soya chunks in the dish can be made without them and it still tastes amazing! For those of you who aren’t familiar with Soya Chunks, they are just like TVP as well as high in protein and isoflavonoids. This is a dish that is on heavy rotation at my house because it can be changed in so many ways and still taste great. Feel free to add any vegetables you like. Hope you enjoy it!
